The bar on the left of the window shows the free space on the floppy disk. Also worth noticing are icons of different sizes (Workbench since the very beginning allowed for every program and document to have its own attached icon of arbitrary size).

This menu is new to Lisa OS 3.0 and contains all the icons that are present at the desktop. The tick marks denote open windows. This menu is therefore somewhat different to Mac OS Apple menu, being both application launcher and switcher.
