Whistler’s menu looked very similar to the finished version in Windows XP, with a distinction between “classic” and “simple” Control Panels. However, it had unique icons for categories in the latter. Switch to view 1

Windows XP went even further with the idea of simplifying Control Panel than Windows Me. It was divided into global categories, and enhanced by Windows XP most common tasks-related suggestions.
